You can delete your Kallpa account and the personal data we store on our servers. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
If you still have Kallpa installed and can sign in:
- Open the Kallpa app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (from the home screen).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
The app removes your data from our servers (workouts, programs, profile, coaching history, and related records) and clears local data on your device, including cached workouts and progress photos stored on the device.
Option 2 — Email request
If you uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or need help, email us from the address linked to your Kallpa account:
hello@kallpa.co (subject: “Kallpa account deletion request”)
Include the email you used to register. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account. We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What is deleted
- Account credentials and profile (email, onboarding preferences, settings)
- Workout history, programs, assessments, and bodyweight logs stored on our servers
- AI coaching history and related server-side records tied to your account
What happens on your device
- Progress photos are stored only on your device. They are removed when you delete your account in the app or when you uninstall the app.
- Offline workout cache on the device is cleared when you use in-app account deletion.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or backup retention for a short period. See our Privacy Policy for details.
